Courageous Inquiry offers services including (but not limited to):

  • Coaching and facilitation

  • Workshops and learning experiences

  • Group inquiry processes

  • Online sessions (e.g. via Zoom)

  • Written or spoken content related to inquiry and personal development

 

All services are offered for educational, reflective, and developmental purposes.

 

They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

3. Participation and responsibility

 

By participating in our services, you acknowledge that:

​

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own responsibility

  • You remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and professional well-being

  • Courageous Inquiry does not guarantee specific outcomes or results

 

Our work invites reflection and exploration, but you decide what you do with what emerges.

4. Registration and communication

 

When you register for a service, event, or newsletter, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

 

We may communicate with you regarding:

​

  • Your registration or participation

  • Practical information about services or events

  • Invoicing and administrative matters

 

Marketing communications are only sent with your explicit consent and can be unsubscribed from at any time.

5. Fees and payment

 

All services are invoiced.

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

​

  • Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and US dollars (USD).

  • Euro prices include VAT where applicable, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • Any additional costs will always be communicated in advance.

6. Cancellations and refunds

 

For individual sessions

 

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

 

 

For workshops or group programs

 

Cancellation is possible with a full refund up to one (1) week before the start date.

 

Cancellations made within the last week before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

 

Once a program has started, registration fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

In cases of illness or force majeure, alternative arrangements or refunds may be considered by mutual agreement.

7. Online services

 

For online sessions (e.g. via Zoom):

​

  • You are responsible for your own internet connection and technical setup

  • Courageous Inquiry is not liable for technical disruptions beyond our control

  • Sessions are only recorded when explicitly stated and with participant consent

8. Intellectual property

 

All content provided by Courageous Inquiry (including texts, frameworks, practices, recordings, and materials) remains the intellectual property of Courageous Inquiry, unless stated otherwise.

You may not:

​

  • Reproduce or distribute materials without written permission

  • Use content for commercial purposes without consent

 

You may use materials for your own personal learning and reflection.

​

9. Confidentiality

 

We treat all personal information and shared experiences with care and confidentiality.

 

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings, as other participants are not legally bound by our internal confidentiality standards.

 

We encourage all participants to respect confidentiality and treat each other’s sharing with respect and discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

 

Courageous Inquiry shall not be liable for:

​

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation

  • Decisions made by participants based on the services

  • Emotional, psychological, or professional consequences of inquiry processes

 

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Force majeure

 

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

​

  • Illness

  • Technical failures

  • Natural events

  • Government measures

 

In such cases, services may be rescheduled or cancelled without liability.

12. Governing law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.

 

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

13. Changes to these terms

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The most recent version will always be available on our website.
